You can quickly share files like prior art, invoices, or draft responses through the Chatter section of any case record in Equinox Corporate+.
How to Share a Document
- Open the case record (e.g., patent, invoice).
- Go to the Chatter section.
- Click the paper clip at the bottom left.
- Upload a file from your computer or select from existing files.
- Add a comment (optional).
- Click Share.
Tips
- Use @mentions to notify teammates.
- Add a short message for context.
- Use clear file names (e.g., OfficeAction_Draft_v2.pdf).
