Pavis Renewals Management: Automated Weekly Batch
For clients managing their renewals with Pavis before the Pavis Connect integration has gone live (typically during the onboarding process which can be up to 3 months), EC+ will automatically send a weekly update batch to the Pavis Onboarding email address.
- The weekly batch will need to be setup/configured per client once the assets are fully onboarded from the legacy IPMS to EC+
- Email contains an XML file with only the updated assets, based on a new field on the object called “Last Biblio Update”.
- The weekly batch only contains biblio updates on the asset itself, it does not include any data on the renewal record. For clients who have standing instructions, Pavis does not need a affirmative renewal instruction. If the client wants to instruct not to renew a particular asset, they should update the asset status, and the status will be sent to Pavis in the next weekly update batch to reflect an Abandon/Do Not Pay instruction.
List View Exporter
The previous third-party List View Export function in Salesforce is replaced by a new proprietary solution, offering users a more flexible and seamless way to export data.
Key Enhancements:
- Dynamic List View Selection: Users can now select any of the existing list views within an object for export.
- Filter Preservation: The export respects the current filters and column changes applied, ensuring only relevant data is included.
- Optimized File Naming: The exported CSV file is automatically named using the list view title and export date for easier identification.

- Defined "chess piece" icon for Goods and Services object when displayed in the menu
- Configure Trusted URL details for displaying images
Bug Fixes
- Tasks are being generated automatically with no clear reason
- Primary Owner not filled
