EC+ Data Import

EC+ now supports importing publicly available patent and trademark data (iOrbit & Markfiy) to help speed up environment setup. This allows key details like application numbers, filing dates, and ownership information to be added automatically, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.

SDrive Bulk Document upload

You can now upload multiple documents to your cases in EC+ using S-Drive. This makes it faster and easier to manage large numbers of files at once.

• In orgs where the managed package is already installed we will need to update the permission sets to add the Trade_Mark__c.Case_Reference__c field
• In order to publish the new importe page, you have to add the following elements to the required Permission Sets :
  • apex class DeleteAllController
  • apex class ECDataImporter
  • apex class IOrbitImportController
  • apex class MarkifyImportController
  • apex class SDriveHandler
  • tab EC+ Data Importer
