Equinox Corporate+ offers a convenient feature allowing users to swiftly create cases for international trademark applications filed under the Madrid System. This functionality enables users to duplicate base registration cases in EC+, streamlining the process of initiating Madrid cases.
Similar to the ‘Clone’ option, this feature is exclusively designed for trademark cases.
To Generate a Madrid Case:
- Navigate to the Details tab of the base registration case in Equinox Corporate+.
- Locate and click on the ‘Extension Workflow’ option in the top right corner of the interface.
Note: This option will be accessible on all trademark cases that do not bear the country code WO.
- Enter the new Case Code for the Madrid case.
- Choose the information to be copied to the new Madrid case. Most fields will be prefilled for your convenience.
- Click on 'Create Copy' to proceed.
Upon completion, the new Madrid case will be successfully generated, and you will be redirected to this case within EC+ for further management and processing.
