In Equinox Corporate+, a family represents a collection of intellectual property assets that are interconnected. These may include patents, designs, or trademarks. Users have complete control over defining and managing these families within the system.
Patent, Design, and Trademark families, or inventions whose case type hasn’t been determined.
Capture an overview of the family, including the title/reference, important dates, family cases (patents, invention disclosures, trademarks, products, etc.), rewards, documents, product/brand, history, and related cases (contracts, family’s citations, user defined relations, etc.)
Within Equinox Corporate+, users can dive into each individual case within the family by choosing the tab titled patents, trademarks, or designs (based on the family type), and provides users with an overview of the members of the family in question.
Users can use the family record to store information that relates to all the cases within the family. Such as the products it covers, technological keywords or categorization, summary of the invention, and more!
